If Ledger Pro is not what you wanted, you get your money back.

The short version. Write to us within 7 days of buying and we refund you in full. No reason needed. Your data stays on your computer and Ledger keeps working on the free tier.
Email ledger@whyitcosts.com within 7 days of your purchase. Write from the address the key was issued to, or include the key. We normally reply within one business day.
We start the refund as soon as we reply. Your bank or card provider usually takes five to ten working days to show it. Refunds go back to the method you paid with. There is no fee for a refund.
A refunded key stops working. Ledger carries on as the free tier, and everything you entered stays on your computer, visible and exportable. Nothing is deleted.
The free tier is the same application, so you can use Ledger fully before you spend anything. We would rather you tried it and decided not to buy than bought it and asked for money back.
There are none. Pro is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.
