What to include

For a problem: what you did, what happened, and your Ledger version. It is shown in Settings, under App updates.
For a licence question: the email address the key was issued to.
For a refund: write within 7 days of buying. See the refund policy.
Buying Pro: just say so. We reply with what to do next.

About your data

To ask what we hold against your licence, to correct it, or to have it deleted, use the same address. The privacy page lists exactly what that is.
